Well I downloaded DLL Fixer 2 days ago to fix a missing DLL I had. I uninstalled it in the control panel but the damn thing keeps booting up at the startup. It lags the fuck out of my computer and I really want to get rid of it.
DLL Fixer sounds fishy..
Next time Google the .DLL and download it. Works for me.
boot into safe mode and physically remove the files. You can remove the installer record with Ccleaner.
I've used it before but the fucking thing wont stop booting up. I'll try booting into safe mode.
Alright it stopped booting up and I didnt do anything, also ran MBAM just to make sure and everything is good.

No I was missing an important DLL file to run my game and me being completely clueless on how to manually install them I downloaded DLL fixer and it fixed about 20 DLL's for me and then it started telling me "Pay now to boost your PC speed!" Which I declined and then tried to uninstall. I'm not a fucking moron, all those stupid PC speed programs do is clear out your history, cookies, cache , etc.
Check your startup folder
Check AppData and ProgramData for any remaining files
Dont download a program that will magically fix your computer just because you do not know how to fix it and use your brain to google the problem because as you have just noticed, this program is in the same boat as "Pay now to boost your PC speed!"
Or you can just format and forget about it but I bet you do not want to do that
I'll google it next time, but I had just downloaded a PS2 emulator and I was in such a rush I just downloaded the DLL fixer and I knew it would be the whole "BOSS UR PEA SEE FOR FREH" So I planned on uninstalling afterwards, Also I found out the program was still in my download folder and tryed to boot up that way everytime. There are no traces of it left and everythings good.
Don't dl DLL-Fixer. Just download the DLL itself.
