I wanted to try the first Planetside but I don't know if its still online now, and I can't find a trial for it. Will defiantly try this if what they've worked on is good, heard lots of epic tales about the first one.
Oh man. I really hope this game turns out as good as Planetside was. I'd totally play it.
Never got a chance to play the original Planetside, but I heard that it was brilliant from pretty much anyone who mentioned it or was in the vicinity of someone mentioning it. By which I mean every time they talked about it in PCG UK. And by 'every time' I mean about once or twice.

About time.
My first MMO.. good memories. I'm a bit disappointed as to how low key the announcement seems to be. From my memory the announcement and launch of PS back in the day was a pretty big thing, at least in the pc gaming world.
