• What is wrong with me? (Urgent)

I'm just struggling. I got kicked out of A-Level Maths today after shouting at the teacher. It's made worse because I have an assessment on what we've learned over the last few weeks tomorrow. I have problems with energy and focus. It gets so bad sometimes that whatever I'm doing becomes gibberish on the page. I have weird episodes of deja vu that i've had for 2 years but the doctors did an EEG and it showed nothing wrong. I'm just sick of everything being put on my depression and anxiety and me not sleeping well when I've been treated for my depression and anxiety and this still keeps happening.
First thing's first, try not to panic. Second, have you ever had psychotherapy or have a therapist currently? Third, do you watch a lot of porn? Do you spend all day on the computer, do you do any exercise? Do you eat tons of junk food, drink a lot energy drinks, drink alcohol, smoke weed? I can't cure you and I'm not a doctor, it's really not safe for me to offer you concrete advice (and I'd probably get banned too) which is why if you're really freaking out you need to see a therapist. But I've been in your place many times and I can offer some general guidelines of what has helped.
you're stressed and need to chill
Maybe you are just overworked from classes. That has happened to me before. Is there any way you can do a mini-vacation? It could help clear your mind.
Take a deep breath if necessary. Temporarily disregard the upcoming assessment, school, and other responsibilities. Recall when/where your anxiety occurs during the day, for example: when walking into class, when taking tests, or when seeing specific people. In each situation: why are you there, what are your priorities/intention(s)? -- specific reason(s) for being there, or general life beliefs/values (you dont have to post here i dont care about the answers). Analogy: Do you drive the car with only your destination in mind, or do you (can you) drive for fulfillment, from the sights and liveliness along the way, confidence in your destination of your intention, and the successes that will occur there and onward, from just a small change in mind? Anxiety is bad. By living by your own opinions and decisions, and in turn, ignoring others, you will develop a confident demeanor -- the easiest walk out of the park; there are alternatives. You must develop these opinions and decisions for them to be yours. This will require diligence in any dilemma: (1) Review the facts. Avoid making judgements until you have extensive evidence/logic. Until then, rest assured in the undecided state of undecided matters. (2) Review your goal(s)/desire(s), and your successfulness in meeting those in the past, if applicable. (3) Decide what can be improved in order to meet your desire(s). I can't guarantee usability but this guide should be a useful resource in part.
Being treated for anxiety and depression is a lifelong battle. You should talk to a professional IE: a psychiatrist or a psychologist. But it sounds like ADHD or some type of attention disorder.
I just fucked up even more, I had an assessment in maths, didn't revise because of the focus thing. Got angry and swore at the teacher and told her that 'she isn't fit to teach'. Now, I have to talk to the head of sixth form tomorrow and I'll have to drop the course. All my life plans down the toilet...
sweet hell and I thought my day was shit well don't worry we all fail or ( drop out.? ) a class it's not the end of the world you can always retry hell try online one of the self paced ( or in person self paced ) program,.
I dropped out of radiography school because I couldn't work at the hospital. The thought of working with people on the brink, their feeble lives in my hands. One slip and I could kill someone. That tormented me the whole time I was in that part of the program. Only had 2 months left and I dropped out. However, I still had enough knowledge to take and pass the tech degree and now make more money than my friend who works twice the days I do. Point is, just because one plan fail doesn't mean you're fucked. Ease up a little a try not to swear at authority figures any further and have some "me time".
Stop over reacting OP. There's no need to take it out on your teacher
Stop over reacting OP. There's no need to take it out on your teacher
don't be a twat OP: i entirely sympathise.
Third, do you watch a lot of porn?
Why does this matter?
Why does this matter?
Linked with difficulty focusing/poor concentration.
