What's the cheapest build you can build from Newegg?

I don't care if it can't run GMOD, what's the cheapest running computer that you could build from parts from Newegg?
It can run Linux, so OS is free.

Shave off 25$ by ditching the HDD and just running a Live CD... Technically still runs. And LINUX. :science:
i remeber there was a thread like this. I managed an 80$ build

Couldn't find the specs on the mobo, not quite sure if it fits, but I guess it does.

Half of that shit doesn't even work i'm betting
If you can dig deep, I'm sure you can get something for around $25.

my build $520. Since I have monitor and PSU comes with case. hint hint, PSU might suck
thats not at all a cheap build
5550s are pretty poor. You can do much better. Case is aweful and PSU is aweful

oh balls did we seriously do the same build?
hivemind
Yeah, there is pretty much no beating YumYum and Buttsex's builds.
I used to play a game like this with my colleagues in a previous job where we'd actually buy the bits of eBay and see who could build the cheapest/fastest system for under 30 quid, in the unlikely event of a draw in terms of price, we'd bench it to decide the winner.
One of my mates managed to blag a 2U Dell Poweredge for 0.99p and local pickup. Wasn't fair.
Loving how cheap you can get a brand new x86 system these days. More than enough juice in those miniITX boards for a good torrent box - I've got one and it just sits there 24/7 doing it's job.

I'd actually order a truck load of these mini-PC's if it weren't because the PSU would probably come doa

too bad none of those parts are available anymore

Unfortunately. You can probably still find some on eBay and local hardware stores.
