How does it even work?

basically, each fidget spinner sits on an encoder that turns their movement into signals and connects to a circuit board that sits underneath the piece of wood shown in the clip. The encoders can detect which way the spinners are rotating, and whether or not they're being pushed down (like a regular button).

Guess I have that answered.

from our perspective:
top left, rotation controls left-right look, tap it like a button for ult
bottom left, rotate looks up/down, tap for deflect
top middle, spinning it either direction will fire shuriken, tap for "I NEED HEALING"
top right, tap for jump
bottom right, rotating (constant motion) will move forward/back, tap does the forward slash attack
