ADD and Focusing

Many people suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder, and I am one of them. I am 17 and have been diagnosed with ADD since the 3rd grade, but recently I have been having a harder time then normal trying to focus. In school, at home while playing GMod, and when I'm trying to do anything in Lua. Currently I take 1 54MG tab of Concerta every day (Its the highest dose Concerta come in). And to tell you the truth I'm starting to give up in believing I could even become a functioning member of society. Yeah I hear all the things "Oh, Roosevelt had ADD" and same with all the other famous people that had ADD I mean fuck theres even [URL="http://www.adhdrelief.com/famous.html"][U]a site with them on it[/U][/URL]. But I don't care about them, I'm not them I'm me and I'm not even really smart at all..I just have a photographic memory but that doesn't even matter if I can't focus on the task at hand.

TL;DR
I know some FP'ers that have ADD/ADHD and I would just like to know, what do you do when you notice you are starting to lose focus.

I tried this also. But Zoloft is better. Its like legal speed. Plus, adderal made me hear voices and hallucinate.

Adderall is for ADHD really, for me it would just make me feel brain washed. My uncle took Zoloft for Posttraumatic stress disorder, I would have been put on it because I have Panic disorder but instead I ended up taking fluvoxamine...recently though I was took off Panic Disorder meds all together and I haven't had any probs.
