Awesome.

Whoa, 30 dollars? That's a bit steep.
That's pretty steep for what they've done.

I suppose but comparing it to the disced French copy I have which barely works well, I'll take this any day.

I'm wondering though, does it have The Titans expansion included?
[editline]3rd April 2014[/editline]
Silly me, didn't read the whole thing in the store page...
έτοιμος.
They should make it so that if you enter in your CD key you can get it for half off. I still have mine in a box in my room
30 Washingtons for this?!
FUCK IT, I'm still buying it. Come to papa, my precious...
I think I will be waiting for reviews on this first.
I highly doubt that AoM:EE will have the same issues that AoE:HD had.

"it's pretty much age of mythology, what were you expecting"
that's what i am guessing the reviews will be, anyway
I'll wait for a sale. I paid $11 for prepurchase on AoE
my life is complete
I can wait until the summer sale, I don't feel like paying THAT much for a game I technically already own.
That's way to much if you ask me, you can find Age of Mythology pretty cheap. It might be a remake of some sorts but I highly doubt that they did a major overhaul of the game.
I thought that AoE HD was already way to expensive.
23$, Still buying it as a gift for my little brother. This game was pretty much part of our childhood.
I highly doubt that AoM:EE will have the same issues that AoE:HD had.
it will probably be just as worse honestly
it will probably be just as worse honestly
No.
The main source of all the issues that AoE:HD had was the engine limitations which were designed around the technology of the time. The devs working on the HD version had issues.
AoM's multiplayer and netcode worked pretty decently when I last played AoM (about 5 years ago). So, assuming that the devs of AoM:EE (or EX as they're seemingly calling it) have any sanity, they will probably just adapt and upgrade the existing code to work with Steamworks and stuff.
$25 dollarydoos?
I'll wait for steam sale. This game is pretty fucking old and it's not like they released new content or anything, $15 tops.

All the devs knew that it was a challenge to do but they did and it works fine after many updates. Ive never had problems. Im sure they used what they learned and will keep learning to make this an awesome or better game. Lets hope Star Wars: Battle Grounds is next. :)
