Recently I downloaded a program called proxy-firewall
I don't know what I was thinking, this was obviously one of the stupidest things I've done to my computer.
With this program you have the option to allow other programs to access the internet, run them through a proxy, or block them completely.
Anyway, when I realized how stupid it was, I uninstalled it, but the settings it changed stayed the same. Now half my programs can't access the internet and I have no idea how to fix this.
I'm assuming one of your browsers work since you posted this. Anyways try redownloading the program and unblocking everything.
