I hate this bot.
Now that RPS is back, we don't need PCGamersN. Most of the articles are really bad.
Do those "run program and find the drivers for me" programs even work?
Oh yes, Surgeon Simulator!
There are some damn nice games in this selection. Very happy that Receiver in particular made it.
We need Super Amazing Wagon Adventure.
Aw yes, Reciever got greenlit
More updates on the way~
Well, let's hope War Thunder being greenlit means we won't have to use their oh so horrible patcher anymore.
Probably not since they can't be assed to fix fundamental mechanics in their game like flight models for non-Russian planes.

It has made a few mistakes but it's not that bad.
Yay Distance.
legend of dungeon next time,
....
please?
Oh God I completely forgot about Distance. I was planning to actually donate to the Kickstarter when they first made it. I loved Nitronic Rush.

It'll probably still use it. Tribes on Steam still used its launched.

Your avatar reminds me of CSNation and how much more terrible that site was.
YESS, One more thing to nab on steam other than ArmA 3.
(Distance, and Reciever)

If you check its past history, it hasn't really produced quality stories.

I actually took it (avatar) from whatever that guys name was.

It has the occasionally useless one (minecraft blogs lol) but for the most part its fine.
It's sad to see that Steam is turning into a shithole. Surgeon Simulator 2013? Really? It's a very funny 3 minute game that's had it 15 minutes of fame, but every kid in the community was like "OMG THIS IS THE BEST THING EVA EVEN THOUGH I WILL NEVER PLAY IT AFTER TODAY, LET'S VOTE FOR IT ON STEAM".
I Hate greenlight. I would rather Valve had a decent moderation of content they put on Steam. But, sadly, they never did.

It's a perfectly good site, it just has its own Minecraft section that unfortunately gets posted here at an annoying frequency, and Facepunch doesn't like Minecraft anymore.
Honestly, I doubt there would be any problems if those Minecraft articles were somehow filtered out.
Oh hey, Organ Trail: Director's Cut. I voted for that one, but wasn't expecting it to get approved. :v:
why do i need unity web player to view the surgeon simulator website i dont want it i just want to see if its free or not

steam is getting more content, therefore, steam is bad
Sweet Organ Trail: Director's Cut got greenlighted. I play it all the time on my iPod.
steam is getting more content, therefore, steam is bad
android store has more content than apple store, it's so much better because of that. Oh wait.
Getting lots of content without any filtering (read: Releasing slenderman on steam because pewdiepie played it and bunch of kids voted and not because it's a good videogame) is very, very bad. And now that Gabe talks about removing filtering at all, so anyone can publish anything on Steam? I'd much rather have library of 1000 good, solid games approved by Valve than to sort trough thousands of broken, unfinished piles of junk. Hotline Miami, as example, has a critical bug making it unlaunchable that was ignored by developers since the game was released and there is no fix that would work for everybody. Many people can't launch it at all. Is there a mention about that in Steam store page? No. Does Valve care? No. They continue to sell a game that has been reported broken by thousands.

There is this thing we do in the quaint little hamlet where I was raised called don't fucking buy the game then

Under Valve's proposed new system, these new games would be organised under stores maintained by their creators, so you wouldn't have to sift through anything at all; you'd just find the dev of the game you wanted and go from there. They're not going to throw every game that's ever added to steam into a big .txt and make you CTRL+F to find the game you want
Fuck yes fuck yes Surgeon Simulator
My body is ready for brain surgery and dentistry levels
There is this thing we do in the quaint little hamlet where I was raised called don't fucking buy the game then
How should I know? Do i need to do a research on how many people have problems with the game before buying it? I looked at description in Steam store, liked it, watched some gameplay videos, liked them, bought the game. Now I need to do a research on "is this game critically bugged and abandoned by developers". You're blaming me for not doing the job Valve is supposed to do - check if the game is in working condition before allowing it to be sold.

How do you suggest I find new games? Do I magically know that I will like "Don't Starve"? No, because I didn't know about it's existence before finding it in Steam. If you put some games as an exception, Steam should work like this: I see products, I know that if I buy any of these things I will get a fully working game with all the features described (Yeah, Valve removed WarZ shortly after that accident, but how in the world could they sign a lot of legal documents, agreements and other official stuff, then actually put it in the store, set up a page without even looking at what they were selling?). But it seems that in the future Steam will be more like Android Market where there's as many junk apps as legit ones. You have to be stupid to download a junk app, but it being there in the app list is still stupid and annoying.
Are you still going to defend that? I love valve, too, I preorder all their games and a general fanboy, but come on, open your eyes.
