• 5 inch display with a res of 800x600 or above?

For a personal project of making an oversized smartwatch/smartcuff thing, one thing i needed was a small screen with a decent resolution. Now i find a lot of 800x480 screens, like from adafruit, but this thing will be running windows, which needs a minimum res of 800 x 600 to run (from what I understand, if I am wrong, correct me). It doesnt have to be exactly 5 inches, but thats as big as I want to go, since I cant attach a 7 inch screen to my wrist. basically a higher res version of something like this The only thing that looks promising is a board that converts HDMI to MIPI, allowing you to attach smartphone displays to hdmi. besides that though, I can find nothing else. The screen can be hdmi or straight up tft (40pin connector rgb) I have been looking around for a bit, and can't find much. any ideas?
Windows 10 runs on 800x480. Previous versions didn't.

well, playing around with the custom resolution utilities of the graphics drivers on my current hardware shows that in fact, I can push a resolution of 800x480 to monitors, and windows 10 takes it just fine. Basically, I have been enjoying electronic wearables for a while now. My best project so far is a shirt with an LED matrix on it that I can send text messages to from my phone over bluetooth handled through an arduino. this project is waiting on this board, which is like a rasperry pi except it runs full blown windows and has an arduino processor as well. essentially I want to design something akin to the pipboy that can act as a hub for my other arduino wearables

This all sounds awesome.
