The single thing that is new and appealing I see to BF4 is the American Urban City map they're showing. I've always wanted to play on a map like that.
The only destruction I want is the ability to blast holes in walls and create dynamic entrances with grenade launchers again, like in BC2.
Je ne parlais pas Français. More big, urban maps please.

I agree! The clustered urban style of combat seems pretty interesting to try, you can still make nicely sized maps but actually have a variety of combat spaces in them, ranging from open streets, to claustrophobic interiors, I want that kind of variety in mapping nowadays.

Better get a tablet then.
I think with all the advancement of gaming tech across the years, mapping for FPS has remained kind of static, I am kind of tired of seeing a map having one theme. Like we always have the spread open desert map, we have the small warehouse map, we have the clustered buildings map.
I would like to see mapping become a bit more dynamic, Battlefield has big enough map sizes, I would instead like to see something like "Well here we have the inner city map. You can fight in narrow alleys for guerrilla troop tactics, or you could take small vehicles to the streets for a quicker but more ambush heavy advancement, or you could raid these large buildings, take them one by one, moving up the streets safer from ambushes, but more prone to shelling from far away mortars etc." That would make every map much more enjoyable, and it would make a smaller map pool ok to have.

Bandar Desert from Armored Kill was a step in the right direction, it was pretty much a wide open desert with a couple of flags and heaps of vehicles around and a small little town in the middle with a couple of buildings and flags, ideal for tank ambushes and close quarters.
Goddamn videogames look good nowadays.
that plane at the end had very noodly wings lmao
I'm looking forward to that city maps with skyscrapers everywhere. Maybe I can fly a chopper now and go more then 2 seconds without getting locked on by 10 stingers.
Not gonna touch it if they didn't touch the hitreg
Then again, they have an incredible amount of shit going on. Their water surface simulation syncs over the network.
