I need a new PSU to replace my crappy 525W. Ideas?

An Intel i7 920 @ 2.66, an XFX Radeon HD 5850, and currently a 525W PSU.

What brand is your PSU? If it's a good brand, it should be plenty for your setup.

OCZ aren't that great a company, if you have the money do NOT go near them.
Corsair. No question about it. It'll cost a little more but is an amazing PSU.
