I know, it's a terrible description, but it was a pretty big thread in General Discussion (or Fast Threads) for awhile. It had a bunch of exploitables that you uploaded pictures to, and it put them in it. It's where I got my avatar from.

Does anyone remember the name of this site?

Nope, it had stuff like filling in a suit with the picture you uploaded (my avatar came from it), among other things like an exploitable Anakin Skywalker with his hood on.
