Is it possible to fix a really deep scratch on a monitor?

I was cleaning my keyboard, which is rather heavy for it's size and made of metal. The hand rest part suddenly detached and the keyboard slammed into my screen.
The scratch it left behind is rather small but pretty damn deep, it also left a slightly smaller scratch near the big one.
I tried a trick where you rub some sorta thick greasy lotion into it and try and fill it, but that didn't work. The eraser trick didn't work on the smaller scratch either.

What can I do?
There's no way to magically fix a gouge in your monitor.
Just be glad the screen didn't break.
You might be able to fill it with some special substance, but chances are you'll just have to live with that scratch.
Not trying to hijack but what would be recommended for a small scratch that isn't very deep?
My laptop has 2 scratches that aren't too bad but are slightly annoying

you could probably take a very very very light amount of vaseline and buff it into the laptop screen to try and get the vaseline between the cracks.

Why would you use vaseline? Vaseline isn't a fillant or adhesive, and it doesn't ever solidify. Its transparency is terrible, and it will also turn into a liquid mess when slight amount of heat is applied to it.
There is literally nothing to do about it.
It sucks but practically everything on the internet about this is fake.
