Thinking about getting a longboard (skateboard), and have it narrowed down to two: [URL]http://www.nordboards.com/arkoawopipco.html[/URL] and [URL]http://www.nordboards.com/glkacrloco.html[/URL] Was wondering which would be best for a brand new rider, planning on just cruising around and point A to point B, not so much into tricks and stuff. Also open to suggestions.
I'd say get the pintail. Abec 5 bearings and 180mm trucks are pretty much standard for begginers. I don't know anything about B-O-N wheels but I'm sure they'll be good enough.

swap the wheels for the some abec 11s and get bones reds and paris trucks. good combo.
I kinda want to try longboarding.

I tried skating before and I was horrible at it but longboarding seems more my style.
Much better with orangatang stimulus yellow and paris trucks 180mm and abec 5 bearings, but which of those board have most flex?
