Nope. I have a half black cousin and my grandparents are always spoiling him.
I dont know about my grand dad, because he's dead, but my grandma isn't racist at all. My mom, though, does make some racist jokes

My paternal grandfather was racist but I'm gonna give him a pass on that one. It started in the riots after Martin Luther King's death. People were lighting fires and then shooting at the firemen who got called to put them out. Being a fireman he didn't exactly take kindly to this. Not exactly a rational justification to hate a whole race but it's at least more understandable than most.
My Grandma isn't exactly racist, she doesn't dislike any other race, but you can tell her views are a little outdated.
Recently while visiting her in hospital, the first thing she says is "I had two big black fellers washing me earlier. Can you imagine such a thing?"

I've never met my grandpa on my fathers side, so I don't know.
My grandma on my fathers side is the worst most kindest and understanding person, she is nice.
My grandma on my mothers side is retarded. She refused to come to my graduation because I had a mohawk at the time. Apparently I had one just to make her ashamed, and my mother had failed at parenting. She still refuses to talk to me, even when I don't have one anymore, and it's 2 years ago since I graduated.
