i can hear my heard beat in my right ear. it sounds... kinda hard to describe, but low rumbling in the right ear on the inside. its been going on for 1 month, and its getting annoying. any idea what it is?
I'm sorry, but you have 1 month to live.

no really, what wrong
I use to have this for like a year when i was a kid.
I still dont know what it was but you're ear may be blocked or go see a ear doctor man thing.
i just read that it was caused by a hole in the lining covering the ear drum, thus, until it heals, cause rumbling when i hear sound. weird. so a year? damn.
Sounds like Pulsatile Tinnitus.

Is it hard to hear out of that ear? Does it feel like it's submerged underwater? You may have a buildup of earwax that needs cleaning by a DOCTOR.
1 MONTH? WHY HAVEN'T YOU GONE TO THE DAMN DOCTOR ALREADY?!
I don't know how to tell you this, OP...
But you cannot spell.
I'm terribly sorry.
Shove your finger in your ear. Seriously
I had something similar two years ago. Got my ear cleaned at the doctor (damn earwax) and my hearing was so much better afterwards.
i dont have a problem hearing.
and i cant spell?
i can spell. i just dont spend all my time with punctuation and capitals.

Q-Tips are honestly a fucking terrible idea. DO NOT STICK Q-TIPS INTO YOUR EAR it fucks shit up.
i have the solution

Go to a Doctor and they'll clean your ear out.
I went to get that done and it was an infection instead so whatever go anyway.
I know! use something like a hopi-ear candle or something, that pulls up a lot of stuff. As for the heart beat thing, its something to do with having a blood vessel near your ear and theres not really much you can do about it. Short of putting ice on it to make it shrink or having surgery, or you could have or syringed (i hear that feels strange). Although there may be pressure from a wax/ hard wax buildup that could be touching the area with a blood vessel near it.
At least thats what a doctor said to me once.
OP says he doesn't have a hard time hearing, so it may not be an earwax build up. Even if it was, he SHOULDN'T use an ear candle. Do some research about it and you'll quickly find that it's not such a bright idea. One site for reference:

Well i have tinnitus but i don´t have a hard time hearing.
Yeah, lets ask a bunch of teenagers on a game forum instead of getting help from a doctor.
its always the best solution, yah know.
Cut your ear off.
Made me feel a lot better.
You have cancer

I know they don't help much, but my problem was different so required a different solution, the ear candle's heat and noise it makes were the solution... i think if i was aiming for removing wax i would use a hoover for the vacuum or something.. much more effective :keke:
And much more fun.
Something's swollen in there, go to the doctor and have them look inside.
