Do you wear glasses? - General

I'm actually curious to know how many people here wear glasses. Sunglasses/stylish glasses don't count. Only if you need them to see or some shit. I'm pretty much the only one in my family who doesn't.

I do. Seems to be a family thing on my mum's side of the family, and most of them need glasses in some form or another.

I am near-sighted, but do not wear my glasses most of the time due to being infront of the computer

When I don't have my contacts in.

Only when I'm too lazy to put in my contacts. Which is pretty much always.

I don't. My sister does but she doesn't need them, she just wears them to "look cool". I want to smash them.

I do, barely (if ever) wear them.

I used to. I finally got contacts due to my hair curling badly around my glasses. After wearing them so long the area around my eyes is a lot paler than the rest of my face. :sigh:

Fucking legally blind here. Sucks ass I cant see at all without glasses.

Yup. I've been nearsighted since 1st grade.

The doctor told me I have to, I used to get headaches because my left eye is weaker than my right. But I don't wear them and I'm usually fine.

I'm legally blind. So yes, I do. Although I only choose to wear my glasses when it's late and I'm tired or when my allergies are acting up. I wear my contacts otherwise. I'm basically not allowed to leave my room without glasses or contacts. My contact prescription is -6.0 for my left, -6.5 for my right. Yeah I can't see shit.

Thinking about laser eye surgery, anyone had that done? Wearing contacts at the mo.

I've been wearing glasses since the third grade and find them much more comfortable than contacts. I only wear contacts when I play sports. I also look permanantly pissed off without glasses. They also cover the bags under my eyes from lack of sleep.
