What's the best way to have secure passwords (Kind of like 1Password) across several devices without

Seems like a lot of sites are getting hacked these days. I have a desktop, I'm going to have a laptop, and I have an iPod touch and iPad. All serve a different use for me and I'd like to have secure passwords synced between all of them, controlled by a master password. What's the best application to use to do that?
LastPass is pretty good.
Edit:
NVM, Sync is only available on Premium.
I don't know specifically.
However, you could write all of your passwords in a plain text file, then encrypt it using some encrpyting password program (maybe 7zip could be of use), and sync it between computers using BitTorrent Sync (which doesn't send your file to any servers but instead purely between client computers)

Not a bad idea but I can't open Zips on iOS
Using a cloud program for the safe file you could use Password Safe

Wait mobile devices, nevermind.

There's really no unzip utility on iOS?

Huh
I was able to download WinZip on iOS for free
and the UI doesn't even look like ass
I just write them down on a piece of paper. Doesn't get much more secure than that since anyone who wants all my passwords has to physically break into my apartment. Other than that I just let Chrome remember my passwords, writing them down just took away the stress of having to remember them all if I reinstall my OS.

You just said you can't open zips on iOS.
I have all my passwords entered into an Excel spreadsheet locked by a password that's not written anywhere. Always wondered, is this horribly insecure?

I use Dashlane. I got tired of LastPass. Autofill on mobile and desktop for free.
Chrome syncs my passwords through my gmail account carried with me to all devices running the chrome browser. Is this not ideal?
I use KeePass combined with my Dropbox. save the database in your Dropbox and point the program to that file on every device you use. any cloud storage solution and any password manager combined together will get you this, don't really need a program with in built syncing

Yes, but you can just throw it in an encrypted disk image and call it a day
way increases security without horribly altering your existing methods
i use a keepass database synced across devices with BTSync. probably the best youre going to get for free.
