Why do people even listen to Gaider? He has no backbone and has no idea how to make RPGs
It’s about making a game that isn’t telling the female audience, “You’re not who we want to play this game.” Just disinviting them.
Can we get some evidence on this?

Haven't you heard of Miyamoto personally sending mail to every woman on earth telling them not to buy his games?
No girls allowed beyond this post.

I'm trying to be serious on this because I know that there are a few people out there being affected. But then again a part of me just wants to say 'Oh, disinviting them? So when you choose 'girl' in Pokemon Professor Oak tells you to piss off?'.

Dragon Age 2 was a mess, but wasn't he also a major part of Dragon Age: Origins? He definitely knows what he's doing when he's given the time to do it.

Not really man. In a recent report of DAIII someone said that something seemed kind of like rape (it wasn't rape) so he completely re-wrote that situation. This is coming from a game series that's a dark fantasy were dark spawn are literally created by rape.
[sp]There's a lot of rape in this post[/sp]

Demographics have been a real thing in business for like ever. That said companies don't turn down money from anyone, it's an intentional exaggeration.
Either way, however this guy is pointing out a flaw in the system where there isn't one, at least from a business standpoint. Combining two demographics at least in this case doesn't neutralize them but creates an entirely new demographic which exists alongside the originals, and like other demographics games created specifically for that demographic are going to be unappealing to certain people, which is why the others continue to exist. If this weren't the case then demographics would've been neutralized entirely before video games even existed.
