AKA: The things that turn fire Blue or Green, respectively.
Im not sure if they have any other properties than that but yeah would it at all seem suspicious
Not really.
But if it did:
Police: Look this guy is planning on turning his fire blue and green!
Police2: Arrest this gun smuggling, drug smuggling, pirater, rapist!

"Yeah, I'll take a copy of playboy, a slim jim, some of those illegal fireworks, a half pound of potatoes, some Copper Chloride, oh, and a box of condoms."
"Condoms? Get out of my store, sir."
I think you might need a permit to buy those things, check your state laws. In some states, only scientists and science teachers can buy them. Also, be sure to purchase large quantities of nails and fertilizer.
Ask your chem teacher if he can buy some for you.

they will both turn a flame blue-green - the exact same colour.
and no, you won't.
i think the real question is... why do you want to buy it in the first place?
