At E3, Microsoft announced Xbox One will support up to a thousand friends--a tenfold increase over 360's hundred person limit. But what if you are the Tila Tequila of video games? Then, you'll be glad to know that PS4 will support two thousand friends.
sony is trying really fucking hard to be the best console of the generation
sony is trying really fucking hard to be the best console of the generation
They got screwed over last year with the PS3's cost. It can only get better from here.
Who even needs to keep track of that many people that you probably only know over the internet, jeez.

Oh lord. What gamer has that many friends anyway?
Oh lord. What gamer has that many friends anyway?
Gamer girl. Friend list full of male.
I wish I had at least 1 friend.
I love Sony's policy of one-uping Microsoft
I had like 10 friends on PSN. 2 of them were alts...
Great, time to add everyone I ever meet online so that I can have an impressive list and look as if I have friends!
It's not about winning any more...it's about sending a message. [sp]Dark knight references aside I honestly think this is what they're doing now. Everything they can to be able to say that they are better than the Xbox in every single way. And it's brilliant.[/sp]
I've had my PS3 for like a year but don't have any friends on it because none of my friends own a PS3 and I don't play multiplayer on it

I had like 60 or so friends on XBL, 80% of them were offline at all times.
