But considering that a) The NIC are pretty incompetent, Kapil Sibal is an idiot who supports censorship and laws against people critical of him or the ruling Ckngress party and that b) Government offices rarely give a shit about any sort of internal memo because of how corrupt they are and the rampant computer illiteracy of most of the very senior (age wise) staff members, nothing will change and this is largely just a move for show. Nothing will change.
I'm more surprised that government officials would use stuff like gmail, outlook.com or yahoo mail in the first place.
