So I took a look at his wiki page: Usable when stunned or silenced? Seriously?

Melee AD carries suck in League. Tryndamere just happens to be a Melee AD carry and he sucks. He basically needs those conditions in order to be "good." And even then, he gets shutdown so easily. Fury is his sort of "resource." His Q is a heal that heals more based on how much fury he has (Fury is capped at 100) The more fury he has, the more critical strike chance he has. (Capped at 35%) Critical Strikes lower the cooldown on his E by 2 seconds for each critical hit. So the more he hits people, the more chance he can escape. A smart player will usually stun him after he's used his ult and not before, because it prevents his escape. and will not allow him to heal if you've used Ignite or any type of item/spell that gives the Grievous Wound debuff which reduces healing. Don't let the description of that spell fool you. He's really easy to play against.

You can make the player trigger it by feint-nuking him and then running away after plopping a slow/knockup on him, killing him after that is easy since he will probably have almost no HP without a support/summoner heal, or blowing his fury on a heal (which means no escape).
Razer making casual gaming even more casual'er.
