So I was working on a workshop item and I loaded my item and for some reason every once in a while some of the textures in the scene would turn green.

Showed up on the medigun and the item I loaded. (Sorry I cropped it weird so you can't see the item.) It also showed up on the pill bottles and crap in the supply closet for some reason. Anyway this prompts me to open my console.

Theres an example of the weird things I'm getting. The weird part is that the items its claiming are missing or not loading still show up.
I have tried:
Verifying Game Cache
Defragging (why not?)
Deleting Steam Registry.blob
Deleted TF2 and redownload.
Still here. Any ideas?
