Hi, I've had this problem for quite a long time and I haven't been able to find anything on Google about it that could fix my problem.
So, whenever I am using an application, at random times it loses focus and I have to click on it again to keep using it. If it's something fullscreen like GMod, it minimizes. Even in some fullscren games where you can't alt-tab, like Fallout 3, it still minimizes, and then I can't get back into the game, meaning I have to end it via task manager and open it back up again, losing any progress I had. I've done several virus scans and nothing has turned up. I've also confirmed it never happens as the result of a button press, it's always random. What the hell is going on and how do I fix it?
I know you've already been doing virus scans, but it highly sounds like a RAT, download Rogue Killer and see if it detects anything, run CCleaner and defrag your disk, it may help.
Ran CCleaner, didn't help. Ran Roguekiller, it killed 3 processes. Will report back later to see if it helped.

This is usually a virus or some odd background process. You should do a virus scan and also check each individual process in task manager (make sure "Show processes from all users" is ticked)
