But personally, I sleep in my boxers unless its warm out, then I sleep nude.

I usually wear underwear most of the time and sometimes wear pjs'.

I wear these little shorts, they're like half boxers. Only cause I have people bust in at inopportune times. Even then theres something hanging out anyway.
Underwear most of the time, however I sleep clothed if I have friends over or I just intend to lay down for a bit but then fall asleep accidentally.
Pajamas. Either my comfy pajama pants and a t-shirt or just shorts and a t-shirt.
Pajamas. I have a velvet and silk pair in blue with silver trimming. Comfortable and fancy-looking... only problem is that they were made in Vietnam.

I sleep in boxer briefs and a T-shirt usually, I don't like sleeping nude because I am not given the privacy to fully enjoy it.
When I live alone I will probably sleep nude.
Usually underwear + T-shirt. Occasionally if it's really cold/I've just had a bath then pyjamas and if it's freezing, pyjamas and dressing gown.
I sleep in whatever I was wearing that day or, if I showered beforehand, what I'll wear the next day.
I don't think I own a single pair of pajamas.
Depends on the weather, my AC is out so that makes things difficult.

Occasionally I consume large amounts of caffeine. Then I go to sleep fully clothed, and wake up naked.

T-shirt and underwear. Keep some shorts nearby in the event I need to get up without getting "dressed" properly.
When I fall asleep with my day clothes, when I wake up my nuts ache and my back is sore.

I sleep in a full piece silk suit. But I have to sleep very still or else it'll crease.
Usually underwear, but clothes some times if I'm staying up for extended periods of time and I fall asleep while taking a quick rest.
