What. Why would anyone do that.
If Stephen Fry is supporting this, I'm supporting this.
Why should his conviction be overturned? He posted what could've been perceived as an actual threat on a public area.

I'm surprised to find that anyone could take a [i]tweet[/i] like that so seriously, especially to the point that it is apparently bad enough to set the guy up with a conviction. I mean, you don't start a bomb threat with "Crap!" There are stronger words and phrases!
The premise of arresting someone for just saying something without any proof of any intent to cause physical harm scares me.
Just imagine if he had jokingly used the phrase 'Allahu Akbar'.
