Hey, as you may remember about a month ago I posted a thread in here saying that I will be up grading my computer. Well the time has now come, I have started ordering some of the parts.

I'm going for a black and red theme, based on the motherboard really, but everything fits. I will eventually get round to changing my gpu heatsink but as a college student with no job it's difficult to get money and you have to prioritise. So The heatsink fits the black and red too haha.

I should also mention I don't plan on changing my case, which is the Hiper Osiris Black edition. Good quality sturdy case.

Lol, I don't have the money for a 5970 o.0
I will go crossfire but before I do that I'm going to get everything else out of the way. By the time that is done we will probably be on a new series of cards :)

And Yes, I think it's nice to do an AMD build aswell.

Thanks. I'll take some pictures of my case tomorrow. I'm using it atm, but im sure you wont mind pictures of of the outside and not the inside haha. It's just for the log anyway..
I've ordered my Ram aswell, so that should be on its way. Although I had difficulty with the shipping of it, so it may not be here till next week.

I have the same CPU Cooler, did you check to see if it'll fit in the case because its fairly tall and I actually had to mod my case a bit to fit it in the case.

I was waiting for someone to say that. I guess it does look like a rip off, but I don't really see what's wrong with that. Milky inspired me and I wanted a new computer. No one else really seems to care that I have a similar thread.

You picked a really terrible case for a build log. I hope you plan on cutting your own wire management grommets, otherwise this isn't going to look very nice, even with a modular power supply.

I may cut my own grommets into the case if u can't find a nicer way to cable manage. I make also mod the plates on the front and add 3 more internal fans for more cooling, I'll figure the next stages ince I have the main components in because then I can see if they fit properly

Ram arrived today, unfortunatley I'm not home till Monday so sexy macro images of that will have to wait till I get home on Sunday evening. Lookin forward to it though. Next in thee list is the Processor. At least I could get the build up and running. In the mean time I still have to draw up mods such as case grommetts, colour of new fans ect.
