• Windows 7's Tablet PC software screwing up pen tablet

All right, I installed my Wacom pen tablet today to do some Photoshop work, and Windows 7 immediately took it upon itself to identify my desktop computer as a tablet PC and interdict its bullshit software into everything I do with the tablet. The tablet has its own drivers, and has always worked fine with Photoshop, but now that Windows has taken over, any time I try to draw a curved brush stroke, Windows says, "HAY A THAT'S A GESTURE! BOOM! STRAIGHT LINE!", or any time I want to tap out a texture or something with a sponge brush, each tap is interpreted by Windows as "WAHEE SPLASH KABLOOEY SPECIAL CLICK FUNCTIONS!" and puts this enormous annoying visual effect on the screen where I tap. Is there any way to tell Windows to back its shit up and let the drivers I already installed handle the tablet? Under Control Panel the only option is "Tablet PC Settings" because I somehow fit a 9600GT in a notebook. In here, I can get to Pen and Touch settings, which allows me to adjust the panning inertia, special double-click functions, and other useless bullshit, but not to disable it completely and have Windows treat the tablet like a normal mouse. Has anyone had this same issue or have a thought on how to fix it?
Did you install the Wacom software, or just plug it in and assume it would work properly?
I downloaded and installed the latest Wacom drivers.
