So, I am running two 144hz monitors and wanted to know how I could run my games on one of them and at the same time use my second monitor without it automatically minimizing my games the second I click anywhere on the desktop on the second monitor.
You'll have to change the game in graphics settings to "Windowed Fullscreen" or "Borderless Window", if it supports it.

it works great, there are VERY little (modern) games that it does not support
you can use ultramon to lock mouse to window if needed (But the only game that I've seen that needs that is loudout, out of many many games)
Like everyone has mentioned, windowed mode is the way to go.
