So basically they mean "our free to play game costs 40$". Might as well sell it as a complete game from the start

Might as well sell it as a complete game from the start[/QUOTE] the game's f2p mode is basically a demo. the problem is that they're marketing it as F2P, which really hurts their image. you can buy all the content for the lower-than-average price of 40 bucks, or spend like 7 dollars and only pick up a few characters. it's a good business model and i hope to see more of it. gamers always complain about how they have to spend 60 bucks on a game that won't last that long, so why not give them the option to spend only a few dollars and get a small portion of the game for cheap? that way the player won't dish out 60 for something he won't fully enjoy, and the devs get compensated.

I don't know what other people think but it doesn't sound like the f2p model fits with a fighting game at all.
