This problem just started recently, and it's driving me nuts. Whenever I try to render any video footage with Premiere, my computer just takes a massive shit. It happened three times in one night as I attempted to render a video.
The first time it happened, the render progress got towards the end, before my desktop hard crashed with a buzzing. After rebooting it, I attempted a second try at rendering. The video got maybe 1/3 done before I BSOD'd. The third time, it BSOD'd around the same time as the hard crash happened.
I have no idea what's causing this; something malicious, or maybe just drivers? I have no idea. Here's a screencap of the BSOD message.

Sounds like a RAM or Disk issue, try analyzing the most recent dump using [URL="http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html"]bluescreenview[/URL] and post the results.
