• HTPC Build

I want to build a fairly inexpensive HTPC that acts as a streaming server where all my media files are centralized. For the basic music and video files, that's not a problem, but I was wondering if the build I have set up here will be able to do more hardware demanding functions like streaming blu-ray movies to my TV or even the internet. Here is the build: Once again, this build is more oriented towards the cheaper end and I chose parts that don't consume as much energy because I plan to run it 24/7 most of the time, so I'm trying to keep the electricity bill at a minimum.
Cheaper RAM, but not in stock currently: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231308&Tpk=8gb%20ripjaws
Do you really need 8GB of RAM?
Not really but since it's a hybrid HTPC/Server, I figured more RAM would be better. Also RAM is so cheap nowadays, the price difference is practically less than $30 if I went with a 4GB setup. But really my main concern is whether or not it can stream blu-rays with the current CPU, if not, I'll have to change the setup overall.
i suppose the motherboard has native graphics?
Yes, it has an AMD Radeon HD 6310
