RAM: GeIL 4GB ($46)
GPU: PowerColor Radeon 6870 ($229)
HDD: Samsung F3 500GB ($55) (Don't worry, you can upgrade later
Optical: ASUS 24x Sata DVD Burner ($20) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10440897&PID=3067296&SID=
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 620w ($75)

Actually with that gift card you can probably grab 4GB of RAM, DVD Burner, or HDD from Amazon
which if you want, should free you enough room on Newegg for a GTX 570
Get my build, with the i5-2500k + this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157217&cm_re=p67-_-13-157-217-_-Product
