I own a 2004 custom built computer and believe me, I have even troubles running flash games, so I need to change right now.
Is there any laptop or desktop computers that matches my style?

[B]Games'n'Apps[/B]: Pratically being able to run GTA Episodes from Liberty City at Very High settings at 30 FPS is perfect for me
[B]OS[/B]: Windows 7 x64 required.
[B]Location[/B]: Canada, Quebec
[B]Battery Life[/B]: Around 2-3 hours. ( Unless you suggest a desktop computer )
You have to choose whether you want performance or mobility. Are you going to be carrying your computer around? Buy a laptop. Are you going to keep it at home to play video games? Buy a desktop. Desktops have higher performance for the price but laptops have mobility.
