I basically have $700 dollars to spend on a rig ( not including case or monitor ) I want the most bang for buck ( i.e. an AMD processor in a black box (means you can overclock FYI) )
It would be best if it could play Left 4 Dead 2 on medium settings and it could handle a game like GTA4 or APB.

I'd spend the extra $20 on the new one just so you have a sata cable to work with as opposed to a ribbon cable.

Even though it's cheap it's going to be leagues better than an old stock dell case.
