Odd windows 7 x64 behaviour, typo in entrypoint maybe?

Ok so I booted my computer and as programs were loading it kept saying something about ntdll.dll and how it couldn't find an entry point named nimetodosname or something along those lines. I restarted and I couldn't, after startup, load or close any programs including task manager. So I restarted again and as far as I can tell, it's fixed (I really hope.)

Do a virus scan. Sometimes viruses like to add things to system files so the normal person won't see a "LOLOLOLVIRUS.EXE" file on the hard drive.
