XSI Mod Tool gone wrong

Since the first day, when i installed Softimage | XSI Mod Tool.
When i launched the program, it got an error, showing a message: "failed to save scene before system failure" and closes the program. I've found another guys with this problem, but i don't have QuickTime, i installed again my graphics card driver and it failed again.
