What software can i use to stream video and audio?

I have googled it and was quite baffled at the results, so i have come to ask people who have done it before.

Basically i want to share video and audio with my cousin through any peice of software but im not quite sure how, i know skype allows you to stream video but not audio. I dont know any other software that allows you to do this.

Any replys would be very helpful.

The highest Quality video i've gotten so far is with LiveStream, but you need to play with it's own Procaster software to make sure it's coming out allright.

I have downloaded it but now when trying to stream its says " You have no one mouglus channel. Create one first" what does this mean?

Ya you needa have an account linked to the procraster..

VLC can stream video clips, but not desktop or games, if that's what you need.
