Can anyone help me identify the game this card came with?

I recently found this card, and I'm certain that it came with a board game I used to play as a kid.

I don't remember much about it, other than it being a fantasy thing.

I recall it using an 8 sided die, and having several areas over the map, namely some kind of sky bridge/cloud thing?

I know that's hardly anything to go on, but it's all I know; I'm hoping more for someone to recognise it than for someone to deduce what it is. Naturally, if anyone knows of anywhere else I can look, that'd be grand.
