Left 4 cops?
Doesn't look tactical at all. Just looks like Kane and Lynch but as a first person shooter.
Looks stupid. I wish it WAS like what the article writer thought it would be: an immersive, tricky, and deeply tactical game. This just looks like a dumb generic FPS, where you also happen to rob banks.
What are those people in the comments whining about "shooting good cops that just do their job". What? Normally they are the first to declare "X" is just a game. And shoot everything in sight. War games, GTA, they all play that. Hypocritical much? They sound like soccer moms, ridiculous.
As far as I can see that was just one guy.
Nope.
Might be interesting from a gameplay perspective and probably more like Killing Floor than L4D but I’m not really sure how am I supposed to feel about shooting dozens of policemen, who just do their jobs.

Not too keen on a game focused on blowing away good cops just trying to do their job…
And those comments have started their own discussion with people arguing against it or agreeing on it. I just find it annoying if they bring this up, although they as gamers should know best that its just fiction. We don't need this kind of discussion, what is okay to make up.
Might be cool as a $20 game based on the actual gameplay shown.
In my opinion this game has already gone to shit the moment it decided to be action-y instead of tactical. In a game where you're going to be replaying 6 missions over and over action-y gameplay is going to get boring as shit extremely fast, versus something like SWAT 4 where it's still fun to replay the levels.
I cant masturbate to this!
just wait until fox news hears about the newest terrorism simulator
Sorry guys, but the concept enough will make me pre order this day one. It's almost to good to be true. By the way, you may want to check this interview out. It explains more about the game. There is a tactical side to it. Your team can go into the building without your equipment, scout out where the guards are, create plans on which teammate goes where, etc... There are also a few other neat features like exchanging a hostage for one of your arrested team members. I seriously can not fucking believe they are comparing this to L4D though. The closest thing you could compare it to is Kane and Lynch 1.
I could swear ages ago there were murmurings of a game called The Heist which was all about bank robbery but then I just never heard of it again. I wonder if this is basically the outcome of that. Anyone know what I'm talking about at all?
Left 4 cops?
Call Of Robbery
It was a poor choice of music for conveying that it has anything resembling tactics or stealth.
I think it looks promising, although the trailer doesn't really do a good job at portraying the tactical/teamwork side to it. The most I would pay for it would be $15 though.
Lots of co-op games lately. This, Furious 4, Overstrike, I think that Star Trek one was co-op... All four players. Funny thing about that, ain't it?
Doesn't look tactical at all. Just looks like Kane and Lynch but as a first person shooter.
That was the first thing I thought of.
Incoming soccer moms...
Aww heck.. Just run and gunning and fast regenerating health. Nope
I thought it was an article about the old top-down game.
So when they scream "TANK!", they actually mean it this time?
Mixed feelings, if they can show us the tactical gameplay, them I'm all for it.
You could switch the title and sub-title around and it would communicate the exact same idea.
You could switch the title and sub-title around and it would communicate the exact same idea.
ok
Might be worth a play, I probably won't though.
Looks okay generic-ish but I guess that this is just an early show, we'll see what comes of it later, can't just ditch something like that. I need a new PC, I don't think I can run anything better than L4D2. =/ (i did play rainbow six vegas 2, dunno what it scales up to)
Its about robbery. Gee, I wouldn't have guessed that from the title.
ENDLESS REPLAYABILITY I highly doubt it
