• Looking for an old Winamp plugin

I'm looking for an old winamp plugin called mid2wav. This plugin played back midis in a fake 8-bit style. It produced a rather charming sound but sadly I can no longer find a working download of it. I was wondering if anyone could find an archived version of version 062 anywhere? I've searched high and low but can't seem to find it. [editline]12th September 2015[/editline] Nevermind, I have found the plugin miraculously still hosted on the original server which is now for sale. It's not exactly the same, but you can get a similar effect by using a different MIDI soundfont. I was able to get something decent going running this through the Winamp MIDI plugin (the default one) with the NES soundfont on this page. The only thing that sounds off is it doesn't quite square the notes off the way the plugin does. There's some sort of fade effect that's especially noticeable in the bassy notes in E1M5 in particular, but it's not too bad in my opinion. Hope that helps somewhat, cause I looked all over for that plugin and I can't find it either. :v:
