I was playing a game, and it was working great until I went into a certain game mood, it said that there was an error once it loaded. So, I installed it to my hard drive and cleaned the disk. Now, even with it installed when you put the disk in and it starts to show you the opening credits it says the disk is unreadable. Halp?
Sounds like the drive went kaput.

You can always take out the drive, and run it on a testbed or your PC with a program like HDD Regenerator.
Or your CD got raped by the drive. Mine ate through 3 Star Trek Legacy disks and a Chromehounds disk.
