I wanna flash my GA-MA770T-UD3P to a bios that can unlock cores, but i have no idea how to flash. Can anyone gimme step by step instructions on how to flash? I need the F2b bios. It's a Gigabyte board.
Typically your manufacturer when they distribute BIOS updates give you a means of flashing it to your board. Some you can do it from within windows, others have an ISO you burn and then run. Just make sure Flash Write Protection is disabled in your BIOS or things could get hairy.
Your southbridge does not support it I believe you need a SB750 and the 770 has a SB710, also all cpu's can be unloacked

to flash a bios just put in the mobo driver disk
It's possible with that Mobo. Lots of people have used it and unlocked them.
If you don't know how, it's wise that you don't do it without professional help, you can ruin you mobo if you mess up at all.

Flashed with @Bios to F2c bios and the SB is now 750. Succesfully unlocked, but very very VERY unstable.
