My friend needs a new computer .
-budget is $600
-he wants to play is Battlefield: bad company 2 on max settings
-he has an OS
-he has everything else but the desktop itself
*also his is using a TV for a screen and its resolution is is 1440x900 if that has any significance
He lives in the US,Illinois
