Transfer file from Win 7 to Snow Leopard via Ethernet

I've enabled file sharing in Snow Leopard, and I [i]think[/i] it's enabled in Windows 7, so how can I transfer a file to my MBP via ethernet?

Aha, nevermind. Windows 7 hung on loading the Macbook Pro, I thought it simply couldn't connect. Nevermind.

easiest way is using ftp, just get a client for windows and enable ftp in your macbook's sharing settings

Plugging in an Ethernet cable is easier.
