What i mean is,when you come to a computer that is locked,is there anyway to bypass it by like getting some program and sticking a flashdrive in and it like unlocks it?
There are ways to get around it, but I don't believe you can simply stick in a flash drive and expect to unlock it.
I don't know the exact way to do it but I believe it has to do with you getting into the BIOS of your computer.
If you don't know your password, and don't have access to an administrator account: No, you're pretty screwed.
If you do, "NET USERS <username> <newpassword>" in command prompt
Are you sure there's no way to do it with a USB pen? Because one of my mates said it was possible with a CD, but yeah, that ain't a USB pen, but they're the same, they're both storages.
But his silly method won't work on my laptop as it doesn't have a CD/DVID-drive :v:

Yes.

You need to burn it to a disc and make sure you have access to the bios so can boot from the disc. You also might be able to boot from a flash drive depending on your motherboard or something like that.
There are plenty of gina exploits out there.
Boot into safe mode use the default admin account, install siw.exe to see passwords
Tell your parent's that they don't need to lock it. Because I am almost positive that is what this is about.

There should be a button that allows you to switch user on the login page.
