• Upgrading motherboard/CPU/RAM

My computer is kind of outdated now, so I've decided to upgrade. All I need is the motherboard, processor, and memory. Would this be a good upgrade? I play some games, and I don't plan on overclocking. What gpu do you have?
Radeon HD 5750 Would there be a bottleneck?

How about this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908 And does everything else look okay?
Yea I don't see an issue. Perhaps get a mobo with two pcie lanes at x8 speed, so you can crossfire the card if you wanted to later on.
Like this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131711 Would the micro atx be a problem? I don't plan on installing any extra accessories.
That one is a x16 and x4 speed. It will work, but it won't be using all of the second card. You want at least x8 and x8. And it's a p67 board, which is the old tech, which is fine, but it may not support ivy bridge. It's up to the maker to create a bios update These would work: ATX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130644 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 MATX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130647 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157294 Bear in mind, you don't need to get a mobo than can crossfire/sli.
I don't have any intention of using crossfire/sli. Which motherboard would you recommend in that case? Also, I'm not sure if I trust ASRock or MSI over ASUS.

The one you posted is good, and same with the ones I posted. I personally would get a z77 like the ones I posted. You say no now, but just in case you ever did want to overclocked or crossfire/sli. They are all around the same price range. But if you still wanna stick with asus, here is a z77 that can sli. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837
Will the one in the OP support Ivy Bridge?
Will the one in the OP support Ivy Bridge?
Yup.
I think I'll just go with that one then. I don't have any plans of using crossfire/SLI. I rarely play any games anymore and mostly just browse the web and listen to music.
