Gears of War went down the the draing at 3 because they switched authors for the story so it relied to heavily on the books and didn't match up or didn't answer the questions raised by the second game.

I really didn't like the "dash dash roll jump vault sprint shotgun to the face" deaths I was constantly getting. Like they did no fucking balancing of the weapons so out of default weapons shotgun destroyed all because the vast majority of the maps were close quarters as well.

Except that changed majorly in GoW 3 where assault rifles actually had a use for once.

I loved all three Gears of War games. But this is just stupid. Why cant they just make another addon? So far they have one new feature and there going to sell it for $60.

Never really focused on Multiplayer, just the Horde and Co-op modes.
